The youth courageously embraced vulnerability, opening up in ways that highlighted their strength and resilience. Tasnim and Kyle shared powerful personal stories, encouraging the young attendees to see seeking help as a path to self-empowerment, especially for Black men. With support from Know Your Rights Camp, the workshop was more than just an event; it was a safe haven and a foundation for lasting mental health support, sparking hope and solidarity within the community.
